Very hard to hear people on the phone
When you are listening any call press the volume button which is on the left side of your phone.... then turn up the volume and listen the voice easily

if you have tried raising the volume while on a call and you still have the same trouble then I'm afraid your earpiece has failed and you will need to take it to a tech and have the earpiece replaced

Most phones control in call volume with a designated volume button on the side of the phone or with the directional pad on the front. With most standard phones in call volume can only be accessed while actually on a call, this means that if you push the volume up button while talking to someone your volume will increase. If it is a smart phone you can generally access in call volume from the settings menu under sound or something like that. If none of this helps it may be a speaker fault.
