This seems to be a design flaw on the T series. Literally thousands of T series owners have had this problem at some time or the other on their "well-used" camera.
This sounds harsh, and maybe even dangerous, but it's not : use a rubber mallet, or better still, smack the bottom of the camera on smooth hard surface. it fixed my problem.

the error code is teling you that one of the sensors is stuck, you may want to try tapping the camera on both sides and the bottom this useually losens the sensor that is stuck and solves the problem, try tapping it on a table top.
