had a similar problem over the last couple of weeks which culminated in the Blue Screen of ***** and hard drive FAIL. Cost 120 euros to replace on a Hewlett Packard laptop. Sorry. :(
Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.
Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.
if u leave ur pc running for a few hours and u still see the same screen do a hard power down then reboot ur pc into to safe mode by press F8 as the manufacture logo disappear now after u boot into safe mode windows will finish the update r do a roll back automatically. if u weren't able to boot into to safe mode enter recovery mode and use a system restore to get back into ur system.
Loading Windows 7 in safe mode may be the answer to yourproblem. Safe mode will allow you toload your computer with the minimal device drivers and programs needed for itto operate. Here's what to do...
Step 1:
Ensure your computer is powered all the way down. (If necessary holding down the power buttonfor 8 seconds should get the job done however this should not be used as anormal means to power down your system.)
Step 2:
Power up your system and wait for your manufacturers' logoto disappear as soon as the screen changes. PRESS and HOLD the F8 key on yourkeyboard.
Step 3:
This should bring you to the"Advanced Boot Options" screenthis screen will allow to choose various options to troubleshoot and correctproblems with your Windows 7 computer. (Another option available in this menuis "Last known Good Configuration" give that a shot before trying safe mode. It'svery simple either it will work or it won't.)However for this particularproblem the option we are looking for is "Safe Mode"
Now from here you want to try to log in to your normal oradmin accounts on your system. If itworks (Yay!) you can assume that the problem is with a recent change to yoursystem and undo the latest install or configuration change you may have madethe last time you logged on. (Add/Removeprograms, MSCONFIG)
Hold down power button and the button at the bottom of the screen until the apple logo goes away (it will display & then disappear). After it disappears, you can let go of the keys. Then just hold the power button down until the apple logo returns and then let go. It will power up. I was told by an AT&T rep that you should do that every week or so just to refresh everything. Seems to work for me.
