Go to your iTunes library of music. UNCHECK the songs you don't want from that list. Then resync the phone and it'll remove all that you unchecked from the phone...

Confusing and over complicated, yes. But the list on iTunes is the list in the phone. So what ever you check or uncheck is whats on or off the phone

I don't know how to delete songs from my MP3 player....

Follow the below mentioned steps :
1
Plug the MP3 player into the USB port. Open Windows Media Player, which will recognize that the device is plugged in and register under the "Sync" tab at the top.
2
Click on the "Sync" tab and and the library that is on your MP3 player will be displayed.
3.
You can select individual songs or albums for deletion. Simply right click on the song or album to be deleted and scroll down to the "Delete" option.
4.
After selecting "Delete," another window will come up which says "Are you sure you want to delete [title of song]?" There are two options at this point--you can delete from the library only or from the library and your computer. Select the one or the other and click "OK." The song will be deleted. The change will be displayed within the library onscreen.
5.
When you unplug the player from the port, the library will adjust the files to reflect the change. The player will say "configuring library" or some other message to that effect. Once this has finished, the main screen will be displayed. Depending on the model of the MP3 player, there may be a message stating "library updated."

In case of any additional help please revert back.

Not enough space

Hello. You will need to delete a few tracks from your MP3 player to in order to add more songs.

Simply select the songs you wish to delete, right click, and click "Delete" or "Move to Recycle Bin"

To select more than one song at a time, you can multi-select by selecting one song, holding down Ctrl on your keyboard, and selecting the others until all songs you don't want are selected.

1 Gb is rather small, coming in at about 1024 Megabytes. The average cd quality Mp3 file is around 3.5 to 5 megabytes in size.

1024 / 5 = 204.8

This means you will only be able to fit around 203 high-quality mp3s on your player at one time, and will periodically need to delete and replace them as your music library gets larger.

With these smaller capacity mp3 players, it is often handy to arrange your music library into small folders on your computer so that you can simply clear the player and drop in the contents of one folder. You can even monitor how many files are in each folder to ensure you don't run into this problem often.

I hope this was helpful. -

I have not been able to download any music on my mp3 player but it said there was music on it

If I understand you right, you bought some kind of MP3 player and it already had songs on it. Many players have some sample tracks already on when you buy the them. Also if you bought it from some other person, these are most likely his/her songs. You should just delete them if you don't like any. I can't give you specific instructions how to delete without knowing MP3 player model though.

See this tip posted here.Copy this address into a new tab or window.
Also try and crate a new folder on the player, put your music in that folder.
