Usually you can do it with a reset pin or a tooth picker, the small hole is located in the back of the modem, you need to put it in that hole, hold it for 10 seconds until you hear a click, and then wait until the modem reboots, then it should be reseted. How is the Blueray connected to the router ?

This is a known issue with the router. Please revert the firmware on the router to version 1.0.0.14 and that should fix the issue. Please download the firmware from the below link:

check if you have wireless WPA key enable, change in every 15 days the password, normaly you have open connection to all neighbours who like to use your internet connection. and you pay the bill.

U check all connector.

If you want to login to router ,please use the following steps to open router page

click on start go to run
typed there "cmd" then press enter
now you can see black windows
in that you need to type "start iexplore 192.168.1.1" then press enter it will ask for user and password
default user name is "admin" and password is "password"
