Make sure you are using a standard SD card. Most SD cards larger than 2GB are only available in the SDHC format. (Designed for Hi Def video). I did some research on your model and concluded that your camera only supports standard SD.
try this website www.driversguide.com,register and then browse all drivers under jazz products, this website is the most comprehensive website for drivers ,good luck
The battery in the camera is likely not a rechargable one. Check the print on the battery. Mine was not so I assume your is not as well. The maker of the camera was pretty cheap not supplying a rechargable battery, for the price they ask for the camera.
According to the jazz camera website (http://www.jazzcameras.com/Product_Details/DV-169.htm) The DV169 uses a "NP 60 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery" I would do an ebay or google shopping search for "NP 60 Charger"...by the looks of it these are used by many different digital camera companies, but make sure to compare yours to the one in the pictures...plus look at your battery itself and make sure it says NP-60 somewhere on it. If you prevoiusly had to plug something directly into the Jazz camera, now you would just remove the bettery from the unit and charge it externally. Plus it looks like there are a bunch of deals where you could get a second battery out of it too.
