I have a universal remote that lists the following codes for Symphonic TVs. One of these may work for your remote also, try them!

Hello, you may have already gotten this information, but here are some simple steps to get that remote working for your tv. The link below will walk you through a power scan, where you can scan the tv to get the correct code for the DISH remote to your tv.

I hope that after all this time, you were able to find that code. But if you weren't, or you still have some questions, here are some steps and codes.

1. Hold down the clear TV button until all lights light up at the top of the remote
2. Punch in a 3 digit code (provided below)
3. Press the # (POUND) button
4. Try powering the tv on/off, and the volume. If one or more of these functions do not work, start over from step 1 with a different code

Oh ok, make sure in the menu of the tv is set to Air and not Cable.. that should fix your issue.
