Whilst in bootloader mode, it is ready to handle a new ROM flashing process. In that state, connect it to your computer and run RSD Lite. It should appear there as connected. Click the '...' mark (browse) in RSD Lite and select the .sbf file (the ROM) to be flashed. Then, click 'Start'. Wait several minutes, and don't detach your phone from your PC until RDS Lite says 'PASSED'.
With a new ROM on your phone, the bootloop status you are currently experiencing should go away.

How to fix Motorola Flash Mode Of Death To do this you must have a fully charged batery, i know when your phone is stuck in flash mode you cant charge your battery so your gonna have to buy a new one or try to charge the battery i another phone.

First download Motorola RSD Lite 3.2 from here http://www.cpfxwireless.com/downloads

You need to re-flash your phone. You need to download a program called RSD Lite, the Motorola USB handset driver package, and the OS ROM for your Q. You can google the first two files and the OS you should be able to get from your service provider.

Now, install these programs, connect your phone to the computer, and run RSD Lite. Click on the "..." button and select the ROM file you downloaded. Click Start and it should re-flash the phone. You will lose all saved data, but at least your phone will be working.

here i'm having a perfect solution.

First of all download all the stuff for motorola v3i mobile from internet. key words are p2k commander, moto p2k drivers, rsd lite, motorola midlet manager, moto skin man....etc.

now just connect v3i to pc with cable in data/fax mode....

now install the downloaded p2k drivers.

next install rsd lite.

dats all simply connect the phone and install any java software(.jar and .jad) using motorola midlet manager.
