font.f1 {font: 12.0px Times} font.f1 {font: 12.0px Times} Hello and thanks for contacting FixYa Technical Support.

font.f1 {font: 12.0px Times} • In order to import music into your iPod. All you need to do is:

font.f1 {font: 12.0px Times} • First make sure you have downloaded your music into the iTunes Library.
font.f1 {font: 12.0px Times} •Then from the iTunes menu bar, click on File>New Playlist in order to create a new playlist.

You will see a new "untitled playlist" Folder, on the right side bar in the iTunes window. Name that folder as you see fit.

Now take all of your music that you want to add to the new playlist, from the iTunes Library and drag all those songs into the playlist.

* From here, you will need make sure your iPod is connected to your computer and that the device is showing up in iTunes.

Once you see the iPod connected, go into its settings and select the Music tab, make sure to activate the Playlists and select that new playlist from the list of playlists you see.
(Make sure if you have other playlists in that list you want to add, be sure to check off those boxes too)

* Finally when you have selected that playlist (and all your desired playlists) that you want to import into your iPod:

* Proceed to sync your iPod

* Once the sync process is completed, you should see the playlist you made with your desired songs from your iTunes Library, now on your iPod Nano.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

-Mactechtrainer

If you bought all the music from iTunes store, once you plug in your iPod to computer, iTunes will ask you 'transfer purchases' or not. And then you can copy the purchased music from your iPod to iTunes.
This way is not work for the CD ripped music and website download music. But you can follow this step by step guide to transfer all the music from iPod to iTunes, including the non-purchases songs. It's easy to understand and works pretty well for my iPod.

Music cannot transfer into ipod music has been copied from cd to computer on media player can't seem to transfer songs onto my apple ipod.

If you're using media player to RIP your cd-audio then it's most likely that your music format will be wma.

Try to convert the cd again by turning off "wma protection" or better to transfer it to mp3 format then re-transfer it to your ipod.
