My ZTE Score Muve music wont work it says that it cant connect to the cricket internet but all the other applications work.

    I had this problem until I clicked on the muve music Icon on the main screen. This will update the application, download the newest version.. and it will work!!! This will help everyone..why they don't tell you this I have no idea.

Check the settings firstly since you may set the phone to prevent the music app from connecting to internet. Go to setting > Network, and have a check whether you allow the app to connect to internet.
There must something wrong with your music app. Try to redownload the app to see whether it can connect to the network again. If it doesn't work, go to other music app. You can try these 10 apps, they can even work on airplane mode.

I have issues every month with muve & a Cricket agent even told me muve doesn't work right. Anyway I was told to unistall the muve app & then reinstall it.

Just wait, your phone service takes a while to kick in. If it's been after over a day, then restart your phone, that should work. If not, call your cellphone service provider

When I try to access muve music on my cricket phone I get the message "muve music not responding" This has been going on for a week. Is this issue due to my phone or cricket itself? Thanks!
I'd assume its a mixture of both. If the app wasnt properly coded for your phone it may have incompatibility issues. Short of changing the version of your Operating System, i dont see how else you can get it to work. Try contacting the app publishers, see what they say.

Low storage space on my zte score phone how to free up more space
Please go to the Settings of the device to check the Available Space on the device. Also the phone has an external memory compatibility of 32GB where in you can download the apps and save it on to your SD card. Even without deleting the data on the phone, you can transfer it to the SD card. If you don't have an SD card, then you can go to the FILER option of the device, access the Phone memory and delete the files as per your wish and that should work.

I don't use move music so I just put a new one in. Since my SD card wasn't dead all the time, I was able to copy it off to my computer.

After inserting the new card, formatted it, and all I restored were my pics. That's all I needed.

Try Hard Resetting the device and check if it works.1) First power off the handset, press the Power on key + Camera key + Down volume key together at the same time when restart the handset.
2)When display press the Menu key at the bottom of the screen;3) Choose "Wipe data/factory reset" through volume key4) Press "Camera" key to confirm the above item5) Choose "YES...delete all user data"6) Choose "reboot system now", handset will be restarted automatically and all the user data will be erased.
