Question about HEALTHRIDER R60 SoftStrider Treadmill

Soft strider by healthrider tread mill does not function and the error code PO comes up any suggestions?

1) Please exchange batterires for a new ones.
2) Tight the flexible cables from keypane vs display board.
3)Tight the connector from display board vs lower board(Main motor board)
4)Adjust the reed sensor switch by 1/8" or 3mmsSee the diagram attached.
5)Measure input voltage for 115 Vac to input of main motor board
6) Measure input for power supply for +5VDC to main motor board.
7)Measure output voltage for +5vdc to Display board.
8) Finally see the block diagram that I am attached that I did for people like you. For easy diagnostic and troubleshooting.

Tread ajustment

under the shroud cover there is a bolt that loosens the tension on the belt...be sure the belt sensor "sees" the belt as that is why you have an E-1 error code

Treadmill will not start up error comes up in window

please LUBE the deck belt with silicone or was see the owner manuals and proceed according. However if after you did lube the problem remain, is TIME to replace the old deck board.

yes you can every treadmills made for hourse training can weight for 250 lbs aprox.

The belt has slowly moved all the way over to the right and is rubbing up against the right side. How do I adjust the belt back to the middle of the treadmill? It is a Health Rider XL Soft Strider.

There are two allen bolt adjustments on the bottom left of the treadmill as you are facing it to get on. o adjust the side-to-side position, turn one one way and the other the other way.

Tread mill doesnot move

Could be several problems. You can isolate the motor and use a DC power source (power tool battery, Lantern battery)to check if the motor is good. If the motor is good then check to see if under the motor hood you have a "Tech Sheet" which should help you with the diagnosis. We use www.treadmillpartszone.com for parts.

Error codes

error 1 is many times a speed sensor error. Make sure the speed sensor is in place, working and sending signal to the motor control board.
