Hi.
E08 means that the motor has failed (tachiometer error). Shut down your machine and disconnect power cord for five or ten minutes. If that is not enough to clear the code call the support number listed in your owner manual.

Candy Go 108DF E08 error, brushes good , tacho good, still E08 ???
Its 10 years old now and has always been plugged in. Clues were it does first wash after plugging it in ok but timer jumps forward during the wash and display flickers during spin. E08 on 2nd wash or if its left plugged in, thermal fault, so I blanket changed all capacitors on main pcb which fixed it, 4.7uf 400v, 470uf 10v, 100uf 50v, 47uf 50v. Unsolder display to get at the capacitors. Parksy in HK.
