The drum is hard to turn by hand
Hello there and welcome to fixya
The most common problem with these are the motor or the motor bearings or rollers
and next is clothes getting caught between the drumb and the shell of the unit
Here is some troubleshooting help for you listed below
Motor
If the dryer motor only hums when you press the Start button, the motor may be burned out. Here's how to test the dryer motor:
Remove the belt.
Check for obstructions in the blower fan housing.
Manually rotate the shaft of the motor.
If
the motor is very stiff, or impossible to rotate manually, and the
blower fan housing is clear, you need to replace the motor.
If
the motor rotates freely, run the motor momentarily with the belt
removed and the blower in place. If the motor runs fine with the belt
removed, there may be a problem with the idler pulley or the clothes
drum. Try to rotate the drum by hand. If it is very difficult to move,
correct any problem with the rollers or pulley, and then reassemble the
dryer and try it again.
If
the motor hums but doesn't rotate on its own even with the belt
removed--yet you can turn it freely by hand--you usually need to replace
the motor

i think the dryer is over heat because the back of it get very hot and turn itself off. i'm not sure how to remove the panels to check it
Hello there again sorry it took me so long to get back to you
ok well if the drum is hard to turn than yes you may have a problem with one of bearings or one of the belts may have shreaded itself and may be wrapped up in the pulley system thus making it hard to turn
However some of these are normally u hard to turn by hand due to the pulley system having to move the motor and the transmission any way if you need ot take of the panels to inspect it normally the controle panels where the buttons are there will be a plastic strip on each side of them that can be removed then there will be a et of screws that need to be removed on each side this allows the controle panel to be moved like tilted up thus exposing screws that hold on the top of the machine and in some models this will losen the entire outer housing also rember this there are a series of clips that can hold parts onto other parts like the top onto the sides so you may have to use a paint scrapper and if you do find that there is a clip there press the paint scrapper firmly into the clip thus releasing it ok and do the same to the other ones then you will be able to remove that part
