probably need to take radiator back to store and trade for another one, most time when you buy new electric appliance all inside paper work like warranty,operation instruction manual should be inside package if not, need go back to the store where you purchased radiator, they should give you another operation instruction manual and warranty paper work or give you whole new entire radiator take back the other radiator.

I dont need a manual to operate it as i have a er indoors that knows it all about anything and everything till something goes wrong then i am expected to fix it
