1) roller bearing 2) roller from main motor. Test both and proceed to repair it.
sincerely.

Thanks for your reply.........doubt its a motor bearing because it seems to be coming from the right rear......maybe a roller bearing?? but I should make clear its a brand new machine and first use.

Also only about 2 inches of clearance when I raise the tread from the base in the middle you think it should be loosened a bit and why do the instructions warn against lubricating the tread "unless recommended by service tech"?

No i will not loose , the clearance will be 2-3" aprox. You must lubricated inmediately.

Is a great idea !. Good luck, and go ahead. sincerely. G-d bless you

Is it normal to hear a squeak from the number 4 cylinder rod bearing as I manually rotate engine crank? I have the front end and oil pan off.

make sure that the squeak is not from dry rings in the bore
put oil down the cylinder and rotate the crank
if it goes it could be just dry and need no further checks but if it is in a bearing then it is serious and needs replacing
turning a crank should produce a dry scraping noise as the pistons move up and down the bores but certainly not other noise

Squeak front wheel

depends on what type of pads are in if they are a hard pad they will squeak some times it depends on the weather if its damp a softer set of pads will stop from squeaking you could also try cleaning the rust away from the outer edge take wheel off then by hand turn disk use a spoon or a blunt pice of metal to scrape off the rust normally solves the problem also can try putting copper grease on the back of the pad so when you take your foot of the break pedal the grease sort of sucks the pad off the disk hope this makes sence chears ivan

Front brakes continue to squeak.

to help with pad squeel when you take brake pads out clean all rust from the caliper where the pad slides and put some copper grease on the areas that contact this should help, while you have caliper off check the slider pins too as they may have rubber stuck to them, if they do buy new pins or scrape rubbish off and copper grease them up too, hope this helps.

My dryer is squeaking every revolution I checked the rollers and the belt and neither need to be replaced. What should I do ?

The next thing to check is debris in the felt strips. Although the description of that is more commonly scraping, and not squeaking. I still suspect support rollers. They dry out and require cleaning and relubing....

While coasting getting a "loud squeaking noise" almost like a scraping noise. When in reverse it is MUCH worse

This is probably the brake pad wear indicator telling you that it is time for brake pad replacement. This device scrapes on the rotor surface when the pads wear down to a certain thickness.

Making a squeaking noise from the tread

Usually when a treadmill begins to make a squeaking sound from the tread it means that the belt needs lubrication. Try Treadmill Belt Lubricant available at Canadian Tire for $10,99.

There are most likely some sort of bearings inside the wheel hub that are causing this.

Squeaking

the squeak is coming from the drum unit. If you take out the drum and rotate it by hand it will most likely give you the same noise. you may be able to stop it by pouring some toner on it, but in reality it is more annoying than a problem.
there is a blade that scrapes off excess toner from the drum, it is slightly dry and causes the squeaking, technicians usually use a special powder that looks like baby powder to "lubricate" the blade, and stop the noise.
