I htink the problem of your phone is the Connector that connects your LCD or monitor to the motherboard of your phone. There might be bended pins or the pins are bended and can't reach your phones monitor......that's why it can't transmit images to your screen, cause as what you have said you have replaced your LCD with a new one.If you found out that the pins are bended and can't be place to its usual position, better buy a new one for a good output.
By the way, u can find the connector that I'm saying right at the bacb of your LCD but it's not a part of the LCD, it is consists of several pins grouped together.
Try to check it, some of it might have been bended to much...notify me if it works or not,..

in you case, there is two probabilite :
- the screen
- the nape
and yhe nape is the moste probabilite, it's a small nape for the connexion betwen the screen and the mothercard.
in all the case this intervention need a professionnel intervention, i don't advice you to do it by your self if you are note.
