I just didn't get any network signal on my phone in our area but my other phone does, I am thinking if the signal part on my phone got busted how am i gonna fix it?
If you are not getting any network from your phone it my be be due to:* sim card issues* network / outage issues* phone issues
SIM Card issues:1. turn off mobile phone2. remove battery3. remove SIM card and memory card4. clean the SIM card from any dirt or dust5. wait for 2 minutes then plug back battery6. insert memory card and SIM card properly7. turn on mobile phone8. check if you will be provided with a signal from the upper right corner of your phone's screen. if not, try a different SIM card.
Outage:1. call your service provider and confirm if there are outages in the area or outages from the BTS where your SIM card is registered.
Phone Issues:1. if the phone is open line, try to enter a different SIM card2. try to insert the SIM card into a different phone, check if it will be provided with a signal3. if the second phone still dont get any signal and your service provider stated that there is no outage that may affect signal issues from your phone, check it from them if your sim card is still active.4. last resort is asking for a SIM replacement with the same phone number
Testimonial: "oi yah thanks for reminding me, about that warranty... gotcha! will do bro... thanks... for the help..."
thanks for the reply, I did what you said and my sim card works with other phone, so it means the problem is my cellphone, I want to fix it myself but I don't know how to fix the signal part of my phone...
I know how eager you are on getting your mobile phone fixed but the problem is you will break the warranty of the phone if you will be opening it. It will be better if you are going to bring it to a licensed phone technician who will surely fix it with out the risk of breaking any sensitive parts of the mobile phone.
