If you don't have users guide then just bech maro that product........

Thompson makes phones under the GE label. model numbers end with EE1 EE2 EE3 EE4 which indicate the total number of handsets in the package you bought, so the manual for EE2 EE3 EE4 are the same thing. here is a link to the EE3 manual:
