Why are capital letters swearing to you never heard such rubbish before

terry
learn e-mail and texting etiquette before you make a complete fool of yourself as upper case is termed abusive and swearing
in any case do you think that using capitals or upper case makes your statement any more informative or assertive
you obviously lack any manners at all but worse still you lack education
But then again I probably used words that you have never heard of before like etiquette and manners

How to make a Peering Request

When a network gets to a certain size, it is worth to start peering. As a rule, no money changes hands in a peering relationship. All over the globe there are Internet Exchanges (IXes) that help people who want to peer connect to each other.

Smaller networks commonly want to peer with everyone, but big networks only want to peer with other big networks. The goal of the peering request is to make it easy for the other party to say "yes" as possible. Key to successful establishment of peering partnership is respectig peering request etiquette.

The first rule to respect when emailing peering requests is using a subject line like this: "Peering request from Me (AS65700) to You (AS64939)". Your message must explain who you are and why peering with you is a good idea. Learn more about peering policy in the article Peering Request Etiquette .

What are some of the basic table etiquette to take care of when it comes to Asian culture?

To get to the last drops of soup or a stew, it's fine to tip your soup bowl or plate away from you. Also it's okay if you are not able to get to that last drop! Simply let it go to maintain good table manners :-)

TDD phone question

There are some etiquette rules that users of TDDs must be aware of. For example, because of the inability to detect when a person has finished speaking, the term "Go Ahead" (GA) is used. Commonly used abbreviations: BRB - Be Right Back; CA - Communications assistant (another term for a relay operator); CU - See You (be seeing you). GA - Go Ahead; SK - Stop Keying; SKSK - Now hanging up; Q, QQ, QM - Question Mark (?); PLS - Please; RO - Relay Operator; OIC - Oh, I See; OPR - Operator; NBR - Number; TMW - Tomorrow; THX - Thanks; WRU - Who are You? (or Where are You?); XXXX - Xs are often used to indicate a typing error instead of backspacing.

Emailing videos/movies

you should have a photo editting program on your computer.  Windows comes with 'Paint' that will work nicely.  You need to RESIZE the pictures before sending them via e-mail.

Open the photo program, find 'resize' option, then 'save as' a new file name.

It's poor etiquette to send HUGE pics as attachments. Your friends will appreciate a nice size photo that fits the monitor.
