Question about Activision Video Game Consoles & Games
On the Lalaloopsy Sew Magical Sew Cute game for the DS, how do you change to a different character? I am wondering if the game just isn't working right/has a glitch. My daughter finished the game and wanted to start a new game with a new character but it never gave her the option of choosing someone else.
Do you want to delete the save game and start again? If so, put your card into a card reader and a computer. Find the .SAV file of the game and delete it.

take out all of the games in the ds then the menu should come up then click the little ds picture at the bottom. that will take you to another menu. click on the wrench in the pink box, then click the top box which has an arrow pointing into a box. click the top box which says manual mode then press confirm. the ds will go off then when you turn it on it should go to the menu even with a game in. hope this helps! =)

I can't understand this. Nothing like this has ever happened to me and I have had Animals Crossing - Wild World for a while.
I think maybe you should try to take the game back and get another cartrige.
I can't give much help, but I have tried..

The odd face effect happens when you go to visit another town and you turn off your DS without returning or saving somehow.
Your character being completely changed however is a glitch with the cheats you enabled.
You may have enabled a bad combination of cheats or some kind of glitch occured.
A cheat glitch is usually do to the firmware version as there are usually fixs for these in newer firmware updates for flash carts like the R4.
Since you have an R4 Flash cart, there is a way to edit the .sav file and possibly restore your character's gender and face.
Grab the ACWW MaxMap editor here,
and use it to edit your save file. (back it up first ofcourse)
From there you should be able to change your character's tan face and hair, including faces and hair styles of the other gender.
Change it and then save and load the edited save in the game to see if it works.
It might do the trick, it might not, but I fugure its worth a shot.
Another solution is to just make a new char and delete your old one. Though you loose a little progress that way. Though you'll keep the house and everything. Just little events will have to be redone is all.
Well, hopefully that should help ya out some.
Good luck with it.
