Mstr2kx how do I connect my printer lexmark z1300 without my cd?

Perhaps you could download the software from Lexmark support: (be sure to choose the correct file for your operating system - use Tab for Mac or MSoft)

Lexmark Z1300 Downloads

Begin by making sure power is on and ink cartridges are installed. DO NOT connect the USB cable.

Insert your CD and install the software. Connect the USB cable when prompted by the software.

Note: If you get any "New Hardware Found" windows pop up, just close them out.

If you do not have a CD, use the Comment button to reply and I will lead you to the Lexmark site to download the software.
