Contact your carrier for info on getting a Master Unlock code for your cell. You will need all info and be the owner of the account. They might even want you to come in, depends on who you get and what day.
Hello, what sim network in your phones? Are you still used t-mobile sim card? Or you have change that sim card before? it seems you phones unlocked and you need HTC Touch HD2 unlock code so you can access your phones again. Try call T-mobile customer service and requested HTC unlock code for your phones, this process needs 1-2 weeks before you get that unlock code and don't forget to prepare some money to pay charge from t-mobile. If you need that code immediately you also can buy unlock code from third party sites with lower price and just need to wait a couple minutes.
you can try a hard reset. Hold down the left and right softkeys (the two buttons above the windows button and the ok button) and use the stylus in the reset button (bottom of phone just below the sd slot) This will erase verything off your phone, but should fix the problem.
