We have a Beko LF320 refridgerator that came with our apartment and it has a dial numbered 1 to 10 to set the temperature. It's set at number 5 but keeps freezing our vegetables.
But which way to turn the dial to make the temperature slightly warmer? Is 10 coldest or hottest?
I don't want to freeze the contents of my fridge nor do I want to keep everything at a too warm temperature.

Yeah... I just love it when the dial reads 1-10, but it doesn't say whether 1 is coldest or 10 is coldest. It could work either way: 10 being the coldest OR warmest on a scale of 1-10. But which is it? You'd think 10 would be coldest, considering the fact that's what a refrigerator does: makes things cold. At the same time, "1" just sounds colder to me. It would be nice if the appliance at least gave you a hint.
