Welcome to Fixya. The reason why you can't use the internet or receive a picture message is because you need to save the GPRS and MMS settings of T-mobile on your phone. For the settings you need to contact the so that they can provide you the right settings like the APN the HTTP link and other settings. after you have save the settings you will be able to use the internet on your phone and will be able to send and receive MMS.

If you mean an MMS, then you first have to select the components: the options are ; text, photos, and audio.
Select the photo option, and then save.

depending on the phone you should be able to double click the pic or hit the option key and will let you save the pic to gallery also music will play once you click it

things you can try:

* try to send the mms to your email, the just save the file/pics once you opened the email
* using your phone data cable, try to grab the sms/mms using the phone's program

1. You should call your network provider and ask for MMS settings for your W810i.
2. They will send you the settings and might tell you about the code that is needed some times to save MMS settings on cell phone.
3. After you ask for MMS settings to your network provider they will send you a text(MMS settings) save that massage(settings) and if prompted for password enter that too.
4. And after that set that settings to default.
5. Restart your cell phone.

Hi to send and recive picture texts you will need to contact your network service provider and get them to send the MMS settings and GPRS settings to your handset, without these settings saved to your phone you will not be able to recive the picture texts, hope this helps.

You need to get the Settings for Internet/Wap/GPRS and MMS from your Network Service Provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone. Or get the settings directly from their website. The MMS service doesn’t always work between networks.
