Dear Sir,
I had the battery changed on my Citizen Promaster Navisurf. But now the watch has to be reset. Can you tell me where I can find out how to do this? Some years ago I found out the process on the net ( it is not mentioned in the manual ).
Thank you!
B. Tibbitts

Since it's eco-drive you can just wear it for a few hours and it should self-wind. The problem is that when it sits still for more than a few days it winds down. It gets its power from the natural movement of your wrist as you walk around.
Once it starts ticking again you'll just have to set the time correctly.

I have seen a website with full review by someone from Adelaide.
If you Google C300 Citizen it should be easy to find.
From what i read there is no proper solution but he has suggestions

mcdevito75 here, You should be able to get some help online at citizenwatchserv.com in the meantime you can try to press and hold in the MODE button, press and hold it in for a couple of seconds. Also< IO wouldn"t be surprised if the battery has to come out and installed again, same new battery just simply have it taken out and put back in, maybe some sort of re-set. Check out the website, don"t do anything till then.
