When playing on internet hungry PS3 games like battlefield 3. My playstation loses connection. I get sent to the games main menu. and can in 20 secondds load the same multiplayer game. but then get booted again 5-20 minuets in to a game. please help this is ruining my gaming experience. It may be your Wifi signal. If signal is week it will keep booting you off. Check your connections make sure nothing is wrong with router.

you need to reformat it it sounds like

this happened to my friend once with his Motorstorm. he deleted all the Motorstorm files and it was now working ok

ok right so your ps3 wont read disks huh well first of all id like to say this has happened to me twice and it has worked perfectly for me and i quarentee it will work for you ...
first save all your data to a memory stick
secondly go to settings, system settings, and format your ps3 by clicking on full format this will delete all your filles :( but will refresh your ps3
BTW this formatting thing will take atleast 4 hours so just leave your ps3 on and chill out watch t.v or something :)

I think your video card may be broken. You might be able to replace the video card for about $110. If you don't want to do that, and you have demos, clear your hard drive. The only game I can get to work is Street Fighter 4, but you have to skip the intro by rapidly pressing start. Arcade mode won't work and the only way to save is by auto-saving (like after challenges). I really hope that I helped.
