If your TV has a reset switch on the back, use it. If not, Unplug the TV, hold the power button down for 30 seconds, let it go and remain unplugged for another 5 minutes or so.
Plug it back in, and see what happens. Try changing the inputs/channels/etc to see what happens. If you're still having this issue, Take your TV in for repair.
- Sidenote, a $25 power bar with built in protection curcuits are the easiest way to protect your equipment from this kind of thing, and quite a bit cheaper than forking over $300 for a new TV everytime there's thinder and lighting.
Looks like the Power relay is switching off and on by itself. Chances are that a power capacitor might be going weak. Get in touch with a Harmon technician to fix this.
