Hello. In the mean time you can use a fridge magnet to get you back on the machine. You might need a strong magnet, so if the first one doesn't work keep trying.
try googling the brand of machine you have to purchase parts or try eBay under treadmill safety keys.

However RUN the software calibration for easy diagnostic goes under the HOOD motor and follow the steps.

Unplug the treadmill. Locate the console key and place the safety or reset key into the treadmill console. Replace any parts that need replacing, or is large enough to trigger with a pencil eraser or Q-tip. Plug the treadmill plug back into the wall. Use the Q-tip to press the reset button. It may be necessary to hold the reset button down for a few seconds. "CL11" will appear in the display of the treadmill.

Press the reset button one more time with the Q-tip. "CL21" should appear on the screen. Press the enter key. The display will change again and show "CL22." Keep pressing the enter key until the numbers cycle through to the number "CL26." Press enter one more time. The letter E should appear on the display screen.

Press enter twice more. The letters "SS" should appear on the screen. When this happens, press the start/stop key. Making sure to keep well away from the tread, press enter to start the treadmill. The treadmill will start on its own. The treadmill will stop on its own after a few seconds. When it stops, press the power key two times. Remove the safety key and put in a safe place. Your treadmill is reset.move on to the next step.

I will help you inmediately: Check the circuit breaker to see if it hastripped. If the reset/off circuit breaker has tripped, wait 5 minutes andreset.

If the power cord is properly plugged in, unplugit and wait 5 minutes before plugging it back into the surge protector.

Remove and reinsert the console key. 4)Remove the key from the console and UNPLUG THE
POWER CORD.
5) Next, remove the screws from the hood
and carefully remove the hood. Locate the Reed Switch
and the Magnet on the left side of the Pulley .

6)Turn the Pulley until the Magnet is aligned with the Reed
Switch. Make sure that the gap between the Magnet
and the Reed Switch is about 1/8". If necessary, loosen
the indicated Screw , move the Reed Switch slightly,
and then retighten the Screw.
Re-attach the hood and run
the treadmill for a few minutes to check for a correct speed
reading.
