If the control panel can not be opened, most likely corrupt the operating system.

Solution
Press START - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore - Restore my computer to an Earlier time - Next - example; on December 1st computer in normal conditions. December 2nd control panel can not be opened. So, you go back to December 1st. Click December 1st - Next - Next. Wait process is complete - Restart.

Note
If December 1st control panel in the error condition, you're back in November (see picture)

Jensen cdx 6311 front panel assy does not close automaticcly after inserting a cd

you must have 2 problem: a) the switch inside are dirty or bad adjustment b) the sensor and dirty, or loose wires . fix it. see the diagram attached.

The volume stuck on max volume and will not respond to remorol or side panels

Some buttons on remote or on control panel is stuck. Look for it and try releasing them. Remove batteries from Remote and try adjustment from control panel. If problem persists, it might need attention by a qualified service technician.

hello,

what this indicate is an over FLOW WATER on to the control panel of the washer .

what you are to do to fix up this problem is to unscrew (open)the washer with screw driver (technician tools )from the strolls on the cover then clean up liquid substance you can fine around the panel very well then problem of F11 will be solve .

please do this with care in other to avoid disconnection of wires from the panel or the control unit .
then couple it back with care .

Forgotten parental control password

that easy to fix go to your control panel click on users click on your user profile and u can change password in there if for some reason it wont let you create new profile and set that as admin.and delete other profile and click on save all files and it will fix this problem

Volume on computer wont work

I found many references to this issue but I am not sure which may apply to your problem. Here is a set of steps to follow from another site: (Assumes Vista and Realtek)

Open Vista’s Control Panel (Window | Control Panel)
Open the Realtek Audio Manager (not “Sound”)
In the navigation bar in the far right, there is a little yellow folder icon. It is just below “Device advanced settings” and above “ANALOG”. Click the folder icon.
Click “Disable front panel jack detection” so that a yellow check mark shows up. Hit “OK”, and close the Realtek HD Audio Manager. That should re-enable the sound.

Try tuning off the power to the unit for 20 minutes. If this does not fix the problem you may need a new control board/panel. If you have a lot of lightning in your area you should have several surge protectors in your house. All electronic devices need some type of surge suppression.
