I need to know how to mute my phone and how to add numbers to the phone's memory

Need to change extension numbers

Guessing you mean add or change extension numbers under the buttons, since you don't "add" or change extension numbers on the phone. From your set, press program dial 99 and the button you want to program. then , dial 1+ ext number and press STORE.

Do that for all the buttons you want to change then pick up the handset and drop it back down to exit programming.

PROGRAM SPEED DIAL FUNCTION TO MEMORY BUTTON ON NORSTAR T7316

press feature * (star (shift 8)) 3, push the memory key (speed dial), then feature 0. This programs speed dial to that memory key.

Need to cancel add-ons for an LG neon 2

Sorry, I don't have any experience with LG outside the KC910 however, you can generally remove programs and add-ons the same way you would on a computer. Find the file containing it then delete it. You may have to turn your phone off and then on to have this completed.
In a worst case scenario, you may have to do a factory reset. Just make sure that you don't have the unwanted programs on a removable memory card which will allow it to reload after you do this.
To do this enter 3845#*370# and select factory reset from the list. Should be about the 4th one down. If you have other than the GW370 model, just substitute your model number for the 370 in the code.

You can add speed dials to the cellular phones. For example if you are looking to add a number to the '5' key, press and hold that key, if the entry is empty, the phone is going to ask you which number you want to add to that specific key.

It is asking add disk because you have not inserted any memory card in the phone.
First, you need to insert a micro sd card in the phone as this phone has very limited phone memory. These are very cheap now and can be bought online.
After that, you will be able to add music and other files to phone.

You probably need to change the text file that gives the phone its information.

Get a new 46xxsettings.txt file from the avaya website and replace the one in your directory.
