If this is a simplicity crib all simplicity cribs were recalled, no fix kits to beable to be shipped. You need to go to the manufacture that you purchased it from and they will take it back for the purchase price of the crib and give you a gift card or cash toward the purchase of a new crib. You can find crib bedding products at Amazon or Etsy. Check out those sites for the bedding and mattresses you are looking for. What instructions are you looking for? If you are looking for the instructions that can convert your bed, you might probably have a hard time. Some Simplicity cribs have been recalled so the instructions are no longer available.
Technically no. You can buy just a new mattress, but some of the damage done to mattresses ie the indentations are caused by insufficient frame support. So check your frame to make sure it's in good condition with nothing broken.
Generally, gaps between
the mattress and the frame pose an entrapment hazard. The thing you need to do
is to buy a mattress that fits snugly into the bed frame.
