Install printer without disc

first scan your computer with anti virus. second. reinstall the printer driver. then test print.

www.hp.com/support search your printer, get your driver

Instead of clicking the printer icon, select File > Print and verify the correct printer is selected.

it is a correct driver of your printer? if so try to reinstall also your OS maybe is attack by some worms.

Due to my technical incompetance I wasn't able to download Crossloop quickly. Too many windows opened and I lost contact with your technician. I'm going to replace the HP Photosmart 7660 Printer with a new printer/scanner with current technology.

Download and install the driver for your operating system from this page:
