Lost password, after reset (pressing for 5 second), admin/admin failed to log . Pl advice.

Some engenius wireless access points do not have a username password configured by default, so try it with the username and password fields both blank.
Sometimes, I have tried to reset the password on a wireless access point, and later figured out that I had failed to successfully reset the device. Make sure that the device is plugged in while you hold down the reset button. Hold down the reset button for 30 seconds instead of 5.
