Vizio e470i-ao won' turn on, power supply board replaced still no picture or sound, led power on indicator light comes on momentarily then goes out?

Power ON signal voltage should come from the main board to power regulator board. It does not come now. Check for the reason. Probably, the main board will have the fault. Contact any service technician. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

The only sign of life is the small green light on lower left of set that comes on momentarily when I plug in the wall. No sound, no picture.

Sounds like main board fault. Contact any service technician.

RCA Model L22HD32D no picture

Do you see any light on the screen? Is the power LED ON?
If the TV comes ON and no back light on the screen, it could be the inverter(s).
If there is no power, or DEAD it could be the power board.
Disconnect the TV from the AC outlet on the wall, for about 15 minutes and plug it back, see if it will come ON.

I do recommend checking the power coming out of the power supply to make sure it is not to high. It is common for these units to have faulty internal capacitors in the power supply. It may be shorting out other components. You can buy a capacitor tester or use an ohmmeter.

Power button is green - no blinks / no picture / no sound

Unplug it from the wall, wait 2 minutes and plug it back in. if problem still exists, its probably the main pcb.

No sound on digital channels

Reset the unit . Switch off, pull the power plug of the wall receptacle and wait for about 1 min. Then plug it back in and problem will resolve. Check if you have the latest version of firmware
