Hi thanks for the question . first check the voltage. 240 volts / then remove back panel. look for burnt wires. check the element, and thermostats. now you need a meter for these test. you can buy a cheap volt meter at radio shack. real cheap. check those parts. have a problem. get back to me. thanks the appliance doc

This could be caused by a number of things. The first thing to check is that you have 240 v
, the dryer will run with 120v but the element need 240v to heat. It could be the element its self or a thermal fuse. hope this helps.
