There are several possible causes for "memory card locked", "memory card error", or "no memory card". The most common cause is having the tiny slide switch on the side of the card in the wrong position. The second most common is trying to use a 4GB or higher SDHC card with an older camera made before SDHC format came out. There are also other common causes if the above didn't help, with troubleshooting steps for this problem listed here.

Getting message on screen of Read Error while trying to solve the "Memory full" message, any ideas?

Memory full, if it is true, you should backup some pictures and delete them from the card.
Read error, can indicate a corrupted file, dirty contacts on the memory card or a camera malfunction.
for 1 backup all photos and format the card. 2. Clean the contacts on the card and in the camera.
3. Contact a FUJI dealer.
Everything is in the manual (still online) on page 112

Hi,

http://is.gd/B05L6B

According to the user manual for the device, on page 81, it reads:

If any of these errors occur, turn the the unit power OFF and restart it.
If these error message continue to appear, please contact a TASCAM Service Center.

When i turn my camera on it says memory card error

You probably need to format the card in the camera. This will erase all the pictures so download them first.

My printer will not read my photo cards

Issue When using a large-capacity memory card (usually 128 MB and higher), the printer appears to lock up or freeze, and the printer may display an error message. Solution Allow the printer to completely read the memory card when it is first inserted before performing any action on the printer. If the memory card reader LED is blinking green, that means that the card is being read by the printer. Wait for the LED to stop blinking.

Read error

Please read all of post first!
try reformating thd sd card BUT remember everything on the card will be lost. I'v had that happen when I moved my card to another piece of equipment and then back again.
IF there ARE pictures on the card then try another card reader to pull them off before formating the card.
some copyers, scanners, even some pc's have readers in them, or maybe a freind.
hope that helps :)

"Read only card, change to internal memory to capture"

This error message indicates that the memory card in the camera is write-protected. To take a picture, turn off the camera and insert a new card, or change the storage location to internal memory.
