Lcd screen or tcon board defective try to replace t con board first .ic chip over heated thats why it runs for few minutes then give you lines or bad image

The horizontal lines that are showing up on your TV's screen is caused by either a bad cable or a cable that is not correctly fastened to the input and the output ports for the TV and it can cause interference then and the signal and cause horizontal or vertical lines to appear. It could also be the TV"s screen is no longer working and needs to be replaced.

Line, faults & possible causes to LCD screen are given with illustrations. You can get an idea about the fault to an extent.
Can you try and see if it is your source that has the lines or the actuall TV that has the horizontal lines.
What is your source? Direct TV, Cable TV or even off air Digital TV.
If you remove your source do you still get the horizontal lines? If you do then what colors are they? Seems if when you remove your source input and you still have these H-lines then you have issues with your individual LCD palets. Especially if they are just Green, Red or Blue?
causing of horizontal lines is leaky or defective capacitors. check big value capacitors around the board at Horizontal area. check the filter capacitor as well. good luck
