Trying to download pics from my SiemensSL65 to my PC. Received a link from Benq and installed it but dont know what to do. I plug the USB adapter to PC and thereby remain stuck. click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to network adapters should see a yellow question mark? right click install drivers

the driver might be on the disc supplied by your ISP internet service provider

or the motherboard disc or you might download one if you dont have on a disk

Use the following steps to let Windows do the installation for you.

Step 1: Use an Ethernet cable and plug your computer directly to your Internet gateway. Make sure Internet is accessible.

Step 2: Place your new adapter in the proper slot or port.

Step 3: With your computer running, a bubble message will appear stating that this device was not installed successfully. Left click on the message.
But if the message no longer appears, skip to Device Manager Installation.
Step 4: On driver installation failure, you can change the setting to use Windows Update by clicking Change setting...

Check on the CD software you received with your camera whether it support the Win Xp OS. In case it doesn't support your OS, go to the Canon web site and download to your PC the relevant drivers for your camera and OS. Good luck !

I an assuming that you are trying to access the phone through the sony software, which, i think asks how you intend to connect to your pc, if so try using a different usb port. if you are using Vista then there are compatability issues that ave not been resolved yet.
