with such error displayed press the print button, the machine shows another sub code, if it is 11 or 12 means a trouble with the scanner section.
to fix take out the glass ,clean the white strip left, the lamp reflector and mirrors, open the lens cover (5) screws, clean the lens and CCD.
if the subcode is 16 a trouble with laser

We have bought this machine on Date-28/07/2011 and it is still in warrenty. now already 11,000 copies put it And the now machine shows F2 indication after starting and the company not repairing it. And the after sell service of company is not good.We tell the company to change the the machine or repair and they neither repairing it nor changing the part.
I request you to solve my problem please.

it must be laser problem.Pls clean the laser unit to solve it
