Microwave instructions onn OM007

Hi there
I have been given this microwave but with no instructions...does anyone have one so they can tell me how to operate the defrost......and what the P10 etc are?

    many thanks......i thought maybe someone on here might have a manual to just tell me how to defrost....as i have had no luck trying cause i don;t know what the setting are...never mind, I appreciate your help...karen

    it only has two buttons.........start/reset
    Micro/defrost........but when i put it to defrost and press the start button it resets.......never mind, should have kept the old one........that will teach me

    If you just want to defrost, then its the same across most microwaves. Set it to low power, and if its meat, then give it about 6-8 mins per kilo.
