Probably either the scan lamp or the sensor bar has failed. Do you see the scan lamp glowing under the cover when you try to scan a document? (Lift the edge of the cover slightly and watch the underside of the cover, you should see the reflection from a bright bar of light moving from one end of the original to the other. Do not look directly down into the light if it is on!)

I have an HP L7680 all in one printer/fax/copier. It prints just fine, it copies just fine, but INCOMING faxes do not print the entire page. What do I need to do?

first check all the connection to the printer check the phone line connected firmly on the printer then check for dial tone try to dial from the fax in the printer to any other number then return the call to the fax

My out of warranty l7680 will not print or photocopy in colour. Printhead status says Refilled supply Detected in printhead Black No/Yellow Yes Magenta Yes/Cyan Yes Detected in Printer Black No/Yellow Yes...

The error states that you are using non-HP cartridges for all colours. If black prints fine then you should replace the colour cartridges with genuine HP colour carts. You should be able to get a refund on the refills since they clearly do not work as intended.

HP Officejet Pro L7680 prints half page only

to get to the root cause of the problem . you can try printing from the notepad and check it prints fine from the notepad . if it prints fyn then there can be some issues with the software compatibility.. which version you have for microsoft office.

Check your default ink setting if red is default then change it and make black ink default settings.
