If you broke one of the base stand screw you will need to do as follow:
Remove the remaining screws of the stand and try to remove the stand, if you cant you will need to remove the back cover of the TV and then you will be able to remove the stand, remove the broken screw and put it all back.
It is pretty easy but if you feel you cant do it let me know and I can give you a detailed step by step guide.
Yes! these TVs are very top heavy and it is normal! as far as your stand it should not wobble too much but it should be ok!9If you have dogs or kids you might want to invest in a sturdy stand! for safty sake!

it is the chip you need to unplug the tv for about an hour and see what it does.if that do not solve the problem have a tech look at to replace the chip or the whole board.good luck
