I a trying to download my cd music to my psp the usb seems not to be letting it download how can i get the music on my psp

If you have a card reader on your computer, take out the memory stick from the psp and insert it into the card reader. Your computer should load the card normally and then you can transfer the music onto the card using your computer.

- save the game on the computer or on a harddrive

to install the game on the psp
- connect the psp to a computer via USB or insert the memory stick on a card reader
- copy the game file from the harddrive to the psp memory card or memory stick pro

Psp 3000 or psp 3004 or psp go of sony which the best

PSP 3000 is a Japanese PSP.
PSP 3001 is the U.S. model
PSP 3004 is a european model

All of the above are the same PSP, different regions. The PSP3000 allows you to play UMD movies & games, allows the use of Memory Stick Duo which also work in Sony cameras and camcorders but none have internal memory.

The PSPGO has internal memory but it does *not* use UMD discs at all! It also does not use memory stick duos as the PSP 3000 does. It's not very comfortable to play games either -- I hear it was created to compete against the i-touch but it is NOT touch screen.

Stick to the PSP-3000. It's cheaper and does more.

My psp cannot read the games in my memory stick.

i think you must use card reader instead of a usb cable, transfer all the games or iso, cso, image files in folder named "ISO" to your memory stick in "My Computer"

Psp 1000 will not read memory stick

First thing to check: Try another memory stick. It may be something as simple as a bad memory stick.

If you tried another memory stick and it works (and/or you tried your memory stick on another PSP and it works), you probably need a new memory card reader for the PSP. You can find it at the following website. Be sure to match up the model number of the memory card reader so that you get the right one. The website installs parts like this for $20 also:

CANT OPEN MY PSP AFTER FORMATING IT...

My suggestion is:
1. Format the memory with computer. Make sure it's FAT, not NTFS or FAT32.
2. Move the card into your psp and format it again.
3. Make sure it's shown 4gb from your psp.
4. Put your games into the memory stick.

If all steps above do not work it's probably a card reader related issue. Btw are you using a card reader or direct psp-pc usb connection?

Our computer cant access our psp memory card

Also, please check your card reader if it supports Memory Stick Pro Duo.

If you already have an adaptor but still doesn’t work, you can buy a PSP USB data cable to transfer files between your computer and PSP.

Psp illiterate

Yes there is a way. What you will need is a PC, Some form of Memory stick Duo card Reader, And a PSP Compatible Memory stick Duo/Pro Duo.

If you havent already used the memory stick inside the PSP it will not have the correct Formatted file System for use in the PSP. but you can create the file system using your computer.

heres how to do it ! :

1) plug your Memory stick Duo/Pro Duo into the card reader on your computer.
2) open my computer, locate the Memory stick usually found under the "devices with removable storage" area.
3) once inside the memory stick, create 2 seperate folders. One called "PSP" and the other one called "MP_ROOT".
4) Navigate into the "PSP" Folder and create 3 Folders, "MUSIC", "PICTURE" & "VIDEO"
5) Copy & Paste the Necessary files into each Subsequent Sub-Folder within the "PSP" Folder.

Note : The PSP Can only handle Certain File types for Pictures, Music, And Video. i would suggest Navigating to http://psp.about.com/od/hardwarefirmware/p/compformat.htm before you transfer your files to ensure that you are adding files which are Viewable/Readable by The PSP's software.

Hope this helps !?

Memory stick does not work

Use a Card reader to format your Memory stick and then put it back to your PSP and again format. Some times the PSP wont recognise memory stick and contents in it.
