Memory card cannot be used but when i put the card in my lap it works very well .

trie in your lap top and get all your data then put in your phone and make a format

opem it threw [my computer] if not there then your acer is not reading the card.

use external usb card reader for that

The phone is probably expecting the photos/videos/etc to be in specific folders on the card. What phone do you have?

Try using tweezers or very small needle nose pliers to get your memory stick pro duo out of the SD slot.

Some memory cards have a small plastic tab on the side of it that can be set to write protect the card. Check your card to make sure the tab didn't get moved accidentally.

I dont have a solution, but my aunt purchased this phone and a new SD card, and I have put pictures and music for ringtones from my computer to the SD Card, and when I put it back into her phone (Samsung R451C) I can not bring any of the pictures up and I can bring the music for the ringtones, but I cannot set it as a ringtone. I am sure if I was able to bring the pictures up, that I probably would not be able to set them as a wallpaper or nothing also...So I kind of have the same problem with setting my aunt's pictures and music with the same phone too...

i guess you just broke the usb.. try to connect on other pcs if still works...hope this helps..

Plug into a PC with memory card reader and format it. If not, it is corrupt and needs replacing.

After inserting the card, go to my computer and see if it shows the memory card inserted. If so, click it and then when it opens, click copy to location and you choose the location, easiest, my documents and then my pictures.
