Question about U-Line CO2075F-B Echelon Refrigerator Ice Maker Combination

Open Question

I have a U-Line CO2075DWR that stopped running/cooling. The temp display just flashes. Is this a combination of the control board and thermistors needing replacement? If so, where might I find the parts, and what would the part numbers be for this particular make & model?

I would replace the thermister and also check the gas soleniod. Don't those get weak once they get hot or warm. Hope this helps.

OK I'm guessing you have a clear icemaker. Not a co2075. When you replace the board you MUST replace the thermistors that come with the board. The board and thermistors are calibrated together. What is your model number? A clear ice maker has thermistors inside tubes. Except for the one on your filter dryer. Lets start with the correct model.

E3 stands for door open longer than 20 minutes, It may be bad door switch, door switch magnet misalign. You can test the door switch when you open and close the door, it should make a clicking sound, if not, you door switch either is bad or misalign.

Kenmore electric dryer model 88042 runs but stops short beeping

Based on symptom and details, the control has detected a component failure. Since your model does not have digital display window in order to display a fault code, it will flash the four indicator lights of

Drying, Cool Down, Wrinkle Rid (Press Saver), and Clean Lint Filter will flash the number of times for the first digit of the code and the START indicator light will flash the number of times for the second digit.

Take separate counts of each indicator light, then repeat to confirm in order to be accurate in identifying the proper error code. The code is obtained by counting the number of times the lights flash. Example E24: The four indicator lights would flash twice indicating the 2 and the START indicator light will flash four times indicating the 4. The four indicator lights and the START indicator light

start flashing at the same time. The control will pause for 2 seconds, then repeat the code.

The failure is likely because of a faulty thermistor or because the heater is not working. It could have a broken heating element or a burnt wire connection at the control board. I would begin by accessing the thermistor and disconnecting it. The thermistor can be tested with an Ohm meter. The thermistor should measure approximately 50,000/5K Ohms at room temperature.

The heating element is located behind the drum and it can be disconnected and tested for continuity with an Ohm meter.

NOTE: Disconnect the dryer from the power supply before servicing.

Whirlpool Calypso Dryer Error Code Explanations And Repair

Failure - Code Condition - Check/Repair

PF - Power Failure - If the household power goes off and the control board was in RUN mode or PAUSE mode, the electronic control board will display a power failure error code.

E1 or E2 - Thermistor Failure - The dryer will not operate if the exhaust temperature drops below 18 degrees F. or exceeds 250 degrees F.

  • When the thermistor circuit is open (>50K ohms), the error code E1 flashes in the display.
  • When the thermistor circuit is shorted (<500 ohms), the error code E2 flashes in the display.
Normal thermistor resistance values:
  • 60 degrees F. - 15.3K ohms.
  • 70 degrees F. - 11.9K ohms.
  • 80 degrees F. - 9.2K ohms.

E3 - Touchpad or Software mismatch - Flashes when there is a touch pad or software mismatch.
  • This error code is displayed only in diagnostics mode.

Zaiko e5 error how I can fix my ac

E5 indicates excessive temp. of the outside coil if on cooling, OR excessive temp of the inside coil in

heat mode. On cooling, the E5 will appear if the outside coil temp exceeds 68C. This is an indication

of condenser airflow reduced or non-existent. Using the procedure described above it is possible to

watch the condenser coil temp using the Temp down button and Medium fan speed combination to

display this temp. NB: if fans etc seem to be OK then measure thermistor resistance and refer to table

12. In case the problem is thermistor calibration.

Action: If unit is in cooling mode, examine both condenser fans are running. If

one is running then suspect a faulty motor. If both fans not running then

on units up to serial No. IBSA 01175, investigate the fan speed control

card located in enclosure on the LHS See fig 6.

If this checks OK then investigate main control card.

Fig 1, 2 or 3. Units with serial No's IBSA01176 and

onward are multi speed tapped wound motors not requiring a speed
control card. If both motors inoperative then suspect main control card

Sounds like you need a new control board with thermistors. you probably have a relay that is getting hot and quitting.

Blinking light on 2075DWRRB

Thermistors are calibrated together with the board. When you order a board thermistors will come with them. When you get the board (display) a thermistor will be with it. You will have to pull unit out. remove the back panel and you will see the wires for the thermistor on your left and it plugs into the right side. That should help you. just remove permagum and pull the thermistor out. It just site in a tube.Part number for that model is 68005

My refregirator temperature sometimes warms up 10 to 15 degrees higher when i open its doors to load it up with items and takes a long time to cool back down.

If your reading the display temp , your reading what the thermistors are telling the control board . NOT the actual temp inside . After closing the door , from the food that was already cold in the fridge , the coldness will keep the inside temp , the same temp as when you opened the door . The thermistors themselves will detect the warmness and send it to the board . A good way to try to put this acrsoo , is to put a thermometer between , say , 2 packages of salads . Wait a little while and open the door . Watch the display temp , then read the thermometer between the packages . The thermometer will stay the same , due to the coldness of the packages not changing . When you put food in the ref , the surrounding food will give off some of the coldness to the freshly installed food , thereby makeing it cold faster . After a while , this coldness will return to the thermistors and the display will start to drop in temp . Hard for me to put into words , except for , the temp reading will actaully be the same as the actual temp display , only when you FIRST open the door .

Canon NP 7850 keeps blowing the fuser lamp in half!!

Your lamp is not turning off, could be the SSR, could be control board. Replace the lamp, thermistor and the SSR, but monitor fuser operation, make sure the lamp turns off.
If you have a digital thermometer, check the temp when the lamp finally turns off. If it is in Spec. then run a few copies this should cool the rollers and cause the lamp to relight.
If the lamp reached optimal temp but does not turn off, then the control board could be your issue.

Hope This is of some help.

Frigidaire Upright freezer with Beeping Display

the thermistor is most likely bad. you would have to take an ohm reading of the thermistor and check the tech sheet to see if it is in range. The thermistor is $50 to $75 part.
