How to raise the AUX sensitivity level

I have been owning a XR-C303RW for years and having a problem that its AUX/D-IN is not sensitive enough to my turn table, i.e. even its maximum level I can not replay my turn table sound. Is there any way that I can adjust an amplifying level of AUX in the C303RW unit? I would be very much appreciated for your any suggestion. B Moon at LA, USA.

SOURCE: aiwa mini-component

gidday mate... it does sound like a failure in the audio output stage. I suggest that you first check the speakers for short circuits as a fault here will produce a similar symptom you described. Check that you have the correct DC conditions about the STK, such as main power supply. Check all resistors that are in proximity to the STK, particularly lower value ones. Look also for shorted or dry capacitors about the output stages. Most of the audio signal path amplification is inside the STK and generally only a few millivolts of audio are provided to the input pins(usually the outermost pins). I have looked online for a data sheet on the chip that may be of help to you, but have not yet been able to find one. If the unit has soft touch electronically switched input selectors or electronic attenuator to the vol control, either of these IC,s may be faulty also. I am happy to keep going with this to help you fix it if you want. Give me a hoy back in here and I will :)

Does the JVC UX-A4 have aux inputs for a separate turntable to play through amp?

It does have an aux input with two levels but this isn't suitable for a turntable.
A suitable input should have RIAA correction with a sensitivity of just a few millivolts for a magnetic cartridge.

Instruction manual can be found on the link below...

My daughters Dodge Journey volume control raises the volume on it's own, why? 2015

If it raises the volume as it accelerates and lowers the volume as it decelerates this is normal. This is a function that can be turned on and off as well as adjusted to suitability. Go into Menue and look for audio settings.
This setting is also known as the SSVC or Sound Sensitive Volume Controle. https://www.wheatonhonda.com/what-is-speed-sensitive-volume-control

Can I connect my peavey 600b amp to aux or to my existing hifi

If you connect the Main 1/4" out on the front to you HiFi aux input it should work. You will need to play with the volume controls to set the proper level so as not to overload the aux buss. The XR-600B manual is here-

Hi, I love my Avent SCD510 monitor, but it started acting up today. In the past, when the parent monitor was on, I could hear every move my daughter made. I could also tell that it was on by the white...

Hi there, I had the same problem. My baby monitor used to work fine, and then all of a sudden it wasn't picking up my baby's cries. I used to be able to hear the static in the background, but I couldn't even hear that anymore. If I pressed the "sensitivity" button on the side of the parent unit, I could hear the static and my baby, but after a minute it would shut off. Very frustrating!
It turns out that somehow the sensitivity had been set to low. (Maybe this had something to do with the time I let my baby play with it...) I turned the sensitivity back up to high and it worked fine.
To set the sensitivity, press and hold the sensitivity button (located on the side of the unit) for about one second. There will be a number of blue lights that light up on the front -- the more lights that light up the higher the sensitivity is. (Mine was set at 2 out of 5, not very sensitive.) While the lights are on, press the + button (located on the face of the unit) to increase the sensitivity (or press the - button to decrease it, but that is probably not what you want to do if you are reading this post.) Press + until all 5 blue lights are on, and you'll be at max sensitivity. (You can adjust it later if this is too sensitive, once you find out of this fixes your problem.)
After a minute, your baby monitor will set itself to the sensitivity level that you set. So if the sensitivity level is really low, the monitor will seem to turn "off" after a minute. If it is high, you should still hear some static.
Hope this answer helps someone! I am really glad I don't have to take this unit back, I like it.

Track ball requires multiple press to get it to do anything

Hi, to change the trackball or trackpad sensitivity of the BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:
1) On the Home screen, go to Options > Screen/Keyboard.
2) In the Trackball or Trackpad section, click Horizontal Sensitivity or Vertical Sensitivity to change the sensitivity level.
3) Press the Menu key and select Save. The new sensitivity levels are saved.
A higher sensitivity number indicates a higher sensitivity level for the trackball or trackpad.
The trackball user interface found on certain BlackBerry smartphones is similar to the trackball used in a mouse in conjunction with a desktop computer.
In the event debris comes in contact with the trackball and affects the usability of the BlackBerry smartphone, rapidly roll the trackball up, down, left, or right to potentially correct the problem.
If rapidly rolling the trackball does not correct the problem, please contact your wireless service provider for support options.
Try to re-install the BlackBerry Device Software using the application loader tool, before you re-install the software please back up the BlackBerry smartphone data.I hope this information will be helpful to you

My bulldog Model 2010 Alarm is too sensitive and

I got this from their website.

Adjusting the Shock Sensor Sensitivity
To adjust the shock sensor, disarm the system, press and hold Button #3 (Finder) until the alarm chirps four times
(approximately five seconds), immediately release the button. Tap your vehicle’s hood above the alarm at the sensitivity
level you wish. The harder you hit the car the less sensitivity the alarm will be. The alarm will then chirp three
times. The shock sensor is now set at this sensitivity. Any shock that is equal to, or greater than this sensitivity,
will sound the alarm. Set the sensitivity as often as you wish; however, the sensitivity level will remain set until
the battery is disconnected or you reset it. If you do not tap the car it will automatically go to maximum sensitivity.
This setting is only acceptable if the car is parked inside a garage. NOTE: The factory setting on the shock sensor
should be acceptable for most vehicles.
