Asus advertising after short time idling, how to stop it

When the computer is left idling for short while, there will be a video coming out advertise Asus product

It is not a video ..but it is probably a screen saver with some kinda advertising on i t...Assuming you have windows Xp on the notebook ...I suggest to click right on the desktop ... select properties(on bottom ) ..and in the window that will open ...select screen saver..and under this feature ..browse and select none ...Click apply ..to make the changes..and ok ..This way you will eliminate the screen saver for good..and will stay always on ..
Also from that feature with the screen saver it is possible to change the power management feature..somewhere in the same window..on the bottom ..If the display shuts down after a while ..or the hard disk ..and you need it always on ..even when it is idle ..than click the power management link ..and in there select never for all features..and apply ..and ok ..
Thats all ...
For windows 7 ..the procedure is the same but click right on desktop ...select personalize and in there look at the bottom there are a few categories and one of them is the screensaver...select it ..and same way ..remove the screen saver by selecting <<none>> and applying .
