It's just normal to hear that because heat inside is generating and steamer is on it's way to be ready for use. Hot air is about to be release and so rattling sound occured. Need not to worry about it, the steamer is new and functioning normally. Good luck
If you google 'Security Bit Set' you should be able to find a set of screwdriver bits that will contain one to open the iron. (I think the forked bit in question is called a 'spanner' bit.)

The clicking sound is given by the solenoid that turns on and off the iron element. Heating cannot be turned on, and the iron keeps clicking without making any heat.
The cause of the problem can be a defective solenoid, a broken contact, or an open thermistor (it will turn the solenoid back on). The oven must be taken apart and tested to find the fault.
