Hi Rajesh_KS
How many beeps did you hear? It matters. Every Bios has a name. (Award, AMI, Phoenix, IBM ect).
You'll need to enter your bios & check the name. It will be at the top of the menue or you can catch it just as your PC starts up.
Once you know the name of your bios & how many beeps you hear, Ex: 1 long 2 short & repeating. You'll know just what the problem is with regaurds to the memory.
I'll post a link for bios beep codes. All you'll need is the name.
Regardless of the error, it's suggested you remove your memory & than re-seat it. You will not get video display if your memory has a problem.
Here's the bios link:
http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/awardbeep.htm
On the right side of the page other manufactures bios's are listed & each have their own code system.
Support link for your Acer:

You can also test your memory if re-seating did not help.
Go to this link:
http://www.memtest.org/
Scroll down till you see ** Memtest86+ V2.01 (21/02/2008) **
all typed in red. You can download a bootable CD program to test your memory. File; Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)
If you rather use bootable floppy disk, File; Download - Pre-Compiled package for Floppy (DOS - Win)
Good luck & Kind Regards!
