Since you did not post your laptop/webcam type, here is what you need to do.
Google the following if you have a built in webcam (laptop with built in webcam): "YOUR LAPTOP BRAND AND MODEL webcam driver download". replace YOUR LAPTOP BRAND AND MODEL with your laptop's brand and model, for example: "Dell Inspiron XT300 webcam driver download"
You will be prompted with link(s), find the one that seems to point you to the correct page, usually supplied by the company/brand and model of your laptop. Download the driver, and then install it. You might be prompted to restart your computer after installation.

I have an EZGO powerwise 36V charger, model 28115-GO3 that was installed onboard a cart. I want to use this charger for another cart, but the charger has 3 wires out. Why 3 wires? One is +, the other -. what do I do with the third wire? The wires are red, black and yellow; two odf the wires are 10-12 gauge, the other is around 16 gauge.
